YFitness Challenge - Les Mills On Demand Fitness Program

With most things being remote, YFitness has decided to pause in-person/Zoom classes and switch to the Les Mills On Demand Fitness program as a way to provide you with an exciting and functional program!

What is the Les Mills On Demand Fitness program?
It is an online program that provides participants with authentic Les Mills workouts anytime, anywhere, and on almost any device.

How do I sign up?
Register here
Download the Les Mills On-Demand Fitness through the app store.

When is registration open?
Registration EXTENDED through January 31, 2021!

Do I get a prize for completing the trial?
Yes! All participants get a free shirt.
Participants can complete challenges within the 30 day trial period and win a prize.

Additional Information

Participation

This activity requires enrollment in the Les Mills On-Demand service. Download the Les Mills On-Demand app and enroll in the free 30-day trial. Make sure to cancel your subscription before your trial period ends or your credit card will be charged for continued enrollment. Activity courses and workouts offered through the service include: Strength Training, Yoga, Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Dance Fitness, BARRE, Indoor Cycling, HIIT, Aerobics, and much more. Participants must adhere to all social distancing guidelines while participating in these fitness activities.

Eligibility

The following are eligible to participate: All current BYU students – Full-time, part-time, students on leave of absence, non-degree seeking students, student employees, and spouses of students. All former students are also eligible to participate for two semesters beyond the last semester in which they were enrolled in classes. All current faculty, administrative staff, ¾ and full-time staff employees and their spouses are eligible. There will be no activity fee for this challenge.

Release Agreement

Participants must agree to Les Mills terms and conditions upon registration before they can access content

Liability

All participants play at their own risk and must acquire their own insurance.

Reports

Participants must complete the assigned weekly tasks in order to be eligible for prizes. Upon completion of weekly tasks and workouts, participants desiring rewards must complete the associated Qualtrics surveys to verify task completion. Qualtrics surveys will be sent weekly to registered participants via email. Required tasks must be completed by the end of each week in order to be eligible. Surveys will remain open for two weeks from the time the tasks are assigned.

Awards

All eligible participants that register will receive a Find Your Flow t-shirt.

Eligible participants that register for Les Mills On-Demand by January 15th and complete the Early registration and Week 1 surveys will be entered into a drawing for AirPods.

As participants complete weekly challenges and associated surveys over the 4-week period, they will be eligible to receive a prize at the end of the 30-day challenge.

Winners may pick up their awards in room 112 of the Richards Building in the Student Wellness Office at the beginning of March—picture ID is required.
