Membership Waivers

All Student Wellness Memberships require patrons to complete a waiver.

Once you've filled out the waiver, come to Member Services Window (RB 112) to finalize your membership. Follow this link to see if you're eligible.
All patrons participating in Open Play activities or YFitness classes must have a facilities membership.
