Sales Associate/Bike Mechanic/Ski Technician

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Assist customers with rental and retail needs
  • Answer questions over the phone
  • Minor bike/ski repair
  • Minor janitorial work
  • Stock and arrange sales and rental floors
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion for outdoor recreation (Skiing, biking, rafting, etc.)
  • Prepared to use their passion to help serve our customers
  • Understands instructions and can carry them out correctly
  • Pleasant, personable, and trainable
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Can competently understand and respond to customer questions
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs occasionally
  • Flexible and adaptive
  • Maintains level head during hectic situations
  • Self-motivated and self-starting
  • Retail experience and interest/experience in building student communities *highly preferred

Most Common Hiring Periods:
  • Mid-March through April (start spring term)
  • Mid-July through August (start fall semester)
  • Mid-November through December (start winter semester)

Starting Pay: $9/hour with the possibility of up to $14/hour based on completing internal training requirements.

Hours:
  • Winter Semester: Monday - Saturday 7:30-11:30am, 11:30-3:30pm, 3:30-7:30pm
  • Spring/Summer/Fall: 8:30-11:30am, 11:30-3:30pm, 3:30-6:30pm
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 2 of the above listed shift times and occasional Saturday shifts
